Privacy Policy

Blockchain technology is decentralized and immutable by design: once data is recorded, it generally cannot be altered or deleted. Certain data — such as your wallet address and transaction history on Hyperliquid — is written to a public blockchain, not to the Company's own servers. This may limit your ability to exercise rights such as erasure, objection, or restriction of processing with respect to that on-chain data. Data on the blockchain is publicly available to anyone.

Consistent with our Terms of Service, individuals under 18 are not permitted to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it from our own systems — we cannot delete information already recorded on a public blockchain. Contact us with any concerns.

Information you provide

• Email address (if you choose to provide one, e.g. for notices or updates)
• Your wallet address
• Any communications you send us (e.g. support requests)

Information collected automatically

• IP address
• Device and browser information (e.g. browser type, operating system)
• Usage data collected via Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, session duration, and general interaction with the application
• Cookies and similar technologies used to support basic functionality and analytics

Wallet and trading data

• Your wallet address and authentication data, processed on our behalf by Privy, our embedded wallet infrastructure provider
• The encrypted key for a separate, trade-only wallet that the Company generates and manages for you in order to sign trades on your behalf. This key cannot be used to withdraw funds — see our Terms of Service for details
• Transactions you submit through the application, and resulting order, position, and fill data

We do not collect government ID, Social Security numbers, proof-of-address documents, or other KYC information. We do not process payment card or bank account information directly.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the application
• To generate, store, and use your trade-only wallet key solely to sign and submit trades you initiate
• To send you service-related notices (e.g. order confirmations) if you've provided an email
• To monitor and analyze usage via Google Analytics, in order to understand how the application is used and improve it
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for personalized third-party advertising.

We use cookies and similar technologies to support core functionality and to power Google Analytics. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect functionality of the application. Because recognition of the Do Not Track browser signal is not standardized across browsers, the Services do not currently respond to it.

We use the following third-party service providers, who may process limited information about your use of the Services in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Cloud hosting provider(s) (e.g. AWS, Vercel, and/or Cloudflare) — to host and serve the application
• Privy — to provision and authenticate your primary wallet (privy.io/privacy-policy)
• Google Analytics — to measure and analyze usage of the application (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Hyperliquid — the protocol to which your orders are routed; Hyperliquid processes your wallet address and order data directly as a party to your transaction

We retain the limited information we collect (such as email addresses, log data, and encrypted trade-only wallet keys) for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, for as long as your account remains active, or as required by law. You may request deletion of information we hold, and revocation of your trade-only wallet, by contacting us below. We cannot delete information recorded on a public blockchain.

• With service providers (hosting, wallet infrastructure, analytics) as needed to operate the Services;
• With Hyperliquid, as a necessary part of routing your orders;
• With regulators or law enforcement where required by law or legal process;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
• With your consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Any third party we share data with is expected to provide protection consistent with this Privacy Policy.

You may decline to provide an email address and use the Services solely by connecting a wallet. You may disable cookies in your browser. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to the blockchain limitation described above.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect, including encrypting the trade-only wallet key described in Section 3 and decrypting it only transiently, server-side, at the time an order you initiate is signed. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your primary wallet, provisioned through Privy, remains under your control at all times, and no key we hold can be used to withdraw your funds — see our Terms of Service for a full description of this architecture.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
